La Verne has a population of about 30,192 and sits in Los Angeles County. It is about 4.3 miles from Pomona, which puts it inside the working radius of nearly every contractor in this network.
Behind it: wind-blown embers landing in the valleys. Most houses lost to wildfire are lost to embers arriving ahead of the fire, not to the fire itself.
The form is the same one on every page of this site, and the cap is the same: no more than three contractors, no cost to you.
Questions
What warranty should I expect?
Ask for both in writing: the material warranty from the manufacturer and the workmanship warranty from the contractor. The second one is the one that matters in year three, and it is only as good as the company behind it.
Is this really free?
It is free to you. Contractors pay to receive homeowner requests in their area. That is the entire business model, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise.
